Performance Standards Guidance

The Federal Interagency Mitigation Workgroup is drafting guidance on the use of compensatory mitigation performance standards in the Clean Water Act Section 404 regulatory program. A framework for this guidance was presented at the 2004 Stakeholder Forum and further elaborated in a recent edition of the National Wetlands Newsletter.
