Clarify Performance Standards Concepts
The Mitigation Action Plan charged the interagency workgroup to clarify key concepts related to performance standards. This action item was carried out in the Model Mitigation Plan Checklist, adaptation of the NAS guidelines, Analysis of Existing Research and Literature, and will be incorporated in the development of Performance Measures Guidance.
